What is the usual rehearsal schedule?

Wednesdays, 7-10pm, at the Music Faculty (Room LRA)

What's the MD like?

We have two (Hugh Bowman & Will Pagel), and they are both lovely and very talented! 

When do you perform?

We perform several gigs a term - check our socials for an idea of our performing schedule

OUJO is Oxford’s premier student jazz ensemble and big band, showcasing a variety of exceptional swing, funk and modern big band music. With sell-out shows in exciting venues across the city, private functions including college balls, and overseas tours, OUJO is one of the most rewarding opportunities available to a musician in Oxford. This year promises collaborations and workshops with top UK jazz musicians, plans for a European tour, and concerts with our equivalent ensembles at Cambridge and Imperial.
